Level 1- First Timer

You Can:

You have never skied before.

You Will Learn:

In your first lesson,  you will learn all about the equipment and safety aspects of skiing. You will learn how to get around in your boots, move around on your skis, how to slide, balance and most importantly how to stop. Using a basic wedge (snow plow, pizza, arrow, 八) you will learn to control your speed and turn.

一级 – 初学者

学员画像：之前没有滑雪体验。

学习内容：首先全面了解雪具和滑雪安全，在此基础上学习如何使用雪具在雪面上滑行，保持平衡，以及更重要的—如何在滑行中安全地停下来。使用基本的技巧（犁式刹车，横滑降等）来进行对速度和弯形的控制；

Level 2- Learn to Turn

You Can:

You’ve skied before but would like to improve your confidence. You are able to stop and change direction on beginner or very gentle slopes.

You Will Learn:

In this lesson, we will be focusing on how to control your speed through turn shapes and the slope. We will also learn how to increase speed without loss of control or confidence. We will begin taking away the dependence on the wedge (snow plough, pizza, arrow, 八) for control.

二级 – 学习转弯

学员画像：您有滑雪经验并可以在平缓的坡道上转变方向和停下来。

学习内容：我们将会专注于如何控速地滑下特定弯道斜坡和如何主动加  速，同时我们将逐步摆脱对犁式刹车的依赖；

Level 3 – Learn to Parallel

You Can:

You have mastered the wedge (snow plough, pizza, arrow, 八) and can navigate your way on all beginners slopes with total confidence. You are ready for the next challenge

You Will Learn:
We will work on technique with the goal of eliminating the wedge (snow plough, pizza, arrow, 八). The goal of this lesson is having our skis in a parallel or natural position, using the slope for speed control.

三级 – 学习平行式

学员画像：您已经熟练掌握了犁式滑降，并能在中低级雪道上充满自信地滑行。您已经准备好了迎接新挑战。

学习内容：我们将彻底摆脱犁式滑降，会专注于让我们的滑雪板处于平行的或自然的位置，利用雪道本身来控制速度。

Level 4 – Improving Parallel skiing

You Can:

You are mostly parallel and skiing on intermediate slopes, using the mountain to control your speed. You still struggle on steeper slopes.

You Will Learn:

Refining your parallel turns with the aim of progressing to steeper and more varied terrain. You will refine your skills so that you can do shorter, smoother turns.

四级 – 提高平行式

学员画像：您已经几乎可以在中级道使用平行式来滑雪，可以利用雪道来空速，但仍然不知道如何应付更陡的雪道。

学习内容：我们将雕琢您的平行转弯，使其在应对更陡峭或更复杂的地形时有更好的表现。您将使用雕琢过的技术，滑出更小更流畅的弯形。

Level 5 – Advanced

You Can:

 You are master of much of the mountain, tackling intermediate slopes with ease. Speed control on groomed runs is no longer an issue. You are wanting to explore the steepest runs and off-piste. 

You will Learn:

To refine your short turns, carving skills, speed control and learn tactics for advanced runs and off-piste.

五级 – 高级技能

学员画像：您已经可以轻松地应对大部分雪道，并轻松自如地在中级道上滑行，在机压雪道上进行速度控制对您已经完全不是问题了。而您已经开始想要尝试高级雪道以及道外滑行了。

学习内容：完善您的小弯、刻滑以及控速的技巧，并学习应对高级雪道和道外滑行的策略。

Level 6 – Become the Master

You Can:

You are an expert skier, you love the thrill of speed. You can ski on any slope with confidence. You want to master situational skiing such as moguls, steeps, powder, ice, racing, and freestyle.

Description of Lesson:

We will work on fine motor skills so that you can deal with anything the mountain can throw at you. Learning how to use correct tactical approach to use the mountain to your needs. We can also offer instructor training at this level should you wish to become a professional.

六级 – 成为高手

学员画像：您是滑雪高手，您享受速度的刺激，您可以充满自信地在任何雪道上滑雪。您打算尝试特殊的滑雪技巧，如蘑菇道、粉雪、冰面、竞速和自由式。

学习内容：我们将致力于教授更高级的运动技巧以帮助您应付雪山给您出的一切难题。学习如何因地制宜地选择正确的技巧去让雪山为您的滑行服务；若您有志成为专业滑手，我们也将提供指导员训练课程。

Level 1 – First Timer

You have never tried snowboarding before.

Level 1 – 初学者

你从未尝试过单板滑雪。

You Will Learn:

After an introduction to the equipment and safety aspects of snowboarding, you will practise moving the board around with one foot to get used to the size and weight, before strapping both feet in and sliding slowly in safe terrain.

你将学习：

在简单介绍雪板装备和安全注意事项之后，你将练习用一只脚控制滑雪板，逐渐适应它的大小和重量，然后在安全的地形上双脚系好，缓慢滑行。

Level 2 – Learn to Turn

You’ve tried snowboarding before and can do basic J-shaped turns on easy terrain.

Level 2 – 学习转弯

你已经尝试过单板，并能在简单的地形上做基本的J形转弯。

You Will Learn:

The key goal at this stage is to learn to link turns in the classic S shape so that you can enjoy riding around in a fluid motion.

Level 3 – Improving Turns and First Tricks

You can ride around intermediate slopes, confidently changing edges using S-turns.

You Will Learn:

We will work a lot on riding position and turning technique, so that you can feel a big difference in your S-turns.

Level 4 – New Turn Types and Ground Tricks

You can ride with confidence, style, and control on all intermediate slopes and may have tried advanced slopes before.

You Will Learn:

You will learn about the difference between carving and skidded turns and gain awareness of both techniques.

Level 5 – Advanced

You are a master of much of the mountain, tackling almost all the terrain with ease.

To further refine your short turns and carving skills with detailed analysis of technique.

Level 6 – Super Gnarly

You are already a truly advanced rider. You have a few seasons of experience and can perform a range of ground tricks.

At this stage in your journey, you may have quite specific goals you’d like to work towards.

本课程描述：

在这个阶段，你可能会有具体的目标，如提高竞赛技巧或学习更复杂的技巧。

Each 6-day ski camp (with 5 days on the slopes) will include two concurrent 2.5-day camps (referred to as Camp A and Camp B).

Camp A will depart from Beijing on the evening of the first day (Sunday) of the 6-day camp and return in the afternoon of the fourth day (Wednesday).

Camp B will depart from Beijing on the morning of the third day (Wednesday) and return in the afternoon of the sixth day (Friday).

每期6天的滑雪营（上雪5天），将同时设前后两期2.5天（上雪）营（分别称A/B营）。

A营将在6天滑雪营的第一天晚上（周日）从北京出发，第四天（周三）午后回程；

B营将在6天滑雪营的第三天早上（周三）从北京出发，在第六天（周五）下午回程。
