Qingming Great Wall Hiking
INTRO
When the pink peach blossoms around the suburbs of Beijing, it’s the best time to stroll on the ancient Great Wall. While we’re enjoying the great spring scenery, Katie will share her knowledge about the stories and histories of the Great Wall in the Ming Dynasty.
This is a trip customized for families, so parents are welcome to come along with kids!

Gubeikou Panlong Mountain Great Wall Hiking
Panlong Mountain Great Wall was a part of Gubeikou Great Wall with a length of 15KM and 84 watchtowers. It was built with bricks, stones, and even packed earth, winding through the mountains and clouds and all the way up to Jinshanling Great Wall.
Do you know how long it used to be in total? Have you seen a Great Wall built with packed earth? How much do you know about the Great Wall?
Let’s go with Katie with those questions in our minds. Let’s measure the Great Wall with our feet, feel the history with our hands, listen to the stories with our ears, and enjoy the great view with our eyes.
古北口蟠龙山长城徒步
蟠龙山长城是古北口长城的一部分，全长15 公里，敌楼84 座，有著名的将军楼、24 眼楼。城墙有土墙、石墙、砖墙、独具特色，是一处迷人的风景线。蟠龙山长城如长龙游走于群山之巅，吞云吐雾，一直连到金山岭长城，蔚为壮观。
您知道长城到底多长吗？您见过夯土结构的长城吗？您对长城到底了解多少呢？
带着这些问题，跟随Katie，我们用双脚丈量长城，双手抚摸历史，双耳倾听故事，双眼饱览美景。
农家院包饺子
结束徒步后，我们会在山脚下的木质公园做短暂停留和游戏。之后将来到农家院一起包饺子并享用午餐。在面食的香气中，以亲手制作的美味，为愉快的一天画下完美的句号。
Making Dumplings at Local Restaurant
After the hiking, we’ll stop by the wooden park for some rest and relax. Then we’ll make dumplings and enjoy lunch together at a local restaurant. Let’s draw to a perfect end for the day with the superb dumplings hand-made by ourselves.
